Job Description


The basic function of the Sales Pipeline Relationship Manager is to prospect for new customers, perform pre-customer discovery, qualification, and to coordinate all aspects of the pre-customer purchasing experience.

  • Maintain CRM tracking
  • CRM pipeline management and reporting.
  • Deliver and perform excellent ongoing account management and customer service and up-sales for customer success on all assigned accounts.
  • Manage deal pipeline for assigned accounts and prospects. Routine sales and customer progress management reporting. 
  • To serve as a steward of company assets and advocate for and promote the company philosophy and culture.

Required: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or a similar certification


Required: 2 or more years’ experience in a pre-sales lead or sales support role in an equivalent business-to-manufacturing relationship-based sales organization.

Preferred: 2 or more years’ experience in a lead management and sales cycle project management role in an equivalent business-to-manufacturing relationship-based sales organization.


Required: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or a similar certification


Required: Valid Driver’s License, TSA Precheck Eligibility


The Sales Pipeline Relationship Manager reports to, and is accountable to, the Sales Director/ President.


  • Interest and excited by high performing machines (robots, AI, etc).
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective use of the internet and social media for research and analysis of industry developments and trends.
  • Ability and experience using electronic CRM tools and applications to manage and track sales progress.
  • Strong project management skills for detailed and ongoing sales and RFP process.
  • Experience and knowledge of quality manufacturing, engineering and performance machines.
  • Thorough knowledge and ability to communicate with diverse audiences and with internal and external experts about manufacturing line efficiencies and general manufacturing productions operations.
  • Enthusiastic about working with people in a team/consultative sales environment.
  • Leadership/management skills to receive and provide coaching motivation, and delegation, to and from all types company personnel.
  • Commitment to life-long learning and professional improvement.
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer, employee and vendor/supplier relations.
  • Foster a friendly and welcoming relationships with customer and staff.
  • Strong proficiency in the use of general office software including MS office, email etc. and proprietary production system operation as required.
  • Effective time management and tactical approach work prioritization.
  • Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Read, speak and write the English language.
  • Work on multiple tasks and priorities at one time.
  • Ability to read various types of prints and layouts.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Job Type : Full-time
  • Prospect for new customers, perform pre-customer discovery and qualification.
  • Project manager and perform all pre-customer purchasing experience, including but not limited to customer form fills, external and internal communications, CRM tracking, engineering requests, RFPs, site visits, meeting scheduling, etc.).
  • Present and perform all customer order closings. Including but not limited to purchase order management, deal memos, executive summaries, legal requirements.
  • CRM pipeline management and reporting -present and perform ongoing account management for customer success on all assigned accounts.
  • This position requires up to 25% domestic and international travel.


This position is located in Tea, SD.

COVID-19 considerations: This position will be working primarily indoors in a smoke-free office environment, but also requires compliance with company and customer safety policies and procedures at all times.

This job is performed under general office conditions, and is not subject to any strenuous physical demands or dangerous conditions.

Experience in equivalent manufacturing related operation is strongly preferred, but not required.
